HR Curricular Internship

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team and support internal People & Culture processes.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment, actively participating in HR administrative processes, internal communication, and organizational culture initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative setting.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING  

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes;
  • Update and maintain employee records in the HR management system;
  • Organize and maintain internal HR documentation;
  • Assist in preparing simple HR reports (headcount, holidays, absences, etc.);
  • Ensure organization and continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Internal Communication

  • Support internal communication initiatives (in collaboration with HR and Design);
  • Contribute to the internal newsletter;
  • Assist in organizing internal initiatives and events;
  • Contribute ideas to improve team engagement.

Talent

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives (universities, social media, etc.).

SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Final-year student or currently completing a dissertation in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a similar field;
  • Eligible for a curricular internship;
  • Interest in administrative processes and organizational culture;
  • Good command of English (spoken and written);
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Microsoft tools, Canva, etc.);
  • Strong sense of organization and responsibility (as you will handle sensitive data);
  • Proactive and autonomous;
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit;
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
