Mid Senior BI Developer

We are looking for a Mid Senior BI Developer, specialized in Microsoft Tabular Models (+ 1 year of experience ), who will be responsible for functional and technical design of BI solutions including user interfaces, data architecture, KPI creation and processing. You’ll be working on multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on the details while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Design, Develop and Implement Tabular Models: Design, develop and implement tabular data models that comply with established standards and best practices using Microsoft’s Visual Studio.
• KPI and Metric Calculations: Ensure accurate and relevant calculation of essential Metrics/KPIs using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• QA and Security Oversight: Maintain the integrity of Reporting infrastructures and Tabular models, ensuring top-notch quality and security.
• Data Analysis: Dive deep into complex datasets, identifying and interpreting noteworthy trends or patterns that can drive business strategies.
• Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with various teams – from engineering to marketing, ensuring the smooth execution of BI projects.
• Process Enhancement: Spot areas of opportunity and spearhead initiatives for process improvement within the BI domain.
• Efficiency Tools: Design and implement tools that bolster the efficiency and precision of BI operations.
• Stay Updated: Proactively research industry norms, emerging tools, and trends related to Microsoft Tabular models and broader BI paradigms. Advocate for continuous improvement, ensuring we offer unparalleled client experiences.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Experience performing Data Modelling activities in Tabular Models (+1 year of experience);
• Experience with Dax Measures (+1 Year)
• Experience working with Microsoft BI Tools (eg. Visual studio);
• T-SQL Knowledge;
• Critical thinker who is open to challenges;
• Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
