JTA – The Data Scientists , Swiss Post IT Campus and Noesis top their respective small, medium and large company rankings in Great Place To Work ’s 2025 Best Workplaces in Information Technology rankings . The Best Workplaces in Information Technology (IT) demonstrate an excellent work environment with a 90% trust rating.

A ranking that makes a difference

Divided into three dimensions, this Great Place To Work ranking distinguishes, for the second consecutive year, the 25 companies in Portugal with the highest levels of trust in the IT sector. To be included in the list, the companies listened to their employees, through the GPTW questionnaire, a model tested worldwide for over 30 years. By assessing the culture and experience of employees, this questionnaire allows people managers to measure and continuously improve the experience and work environment, transforming culture into a competitive advantage.

To find the Best Workplaces in IT, Great Place To Work considered all companies, with 20 or more employees, allocated to the information technology sector in the Culture Brief and with certification valid until May 15, 2025. To achieve certification, companies must achieve a Trust Index equal to or greater than 65%.
