- Right to lodge a complaint: To lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt). You may also have recourse to the European Data Protection Supervisor.

Data Storage and Retention
Your personal data is stored by JTA The Data Scientists on its servers, and on the servers of the engaged cloud-based database management services. JTA The Data Scientists retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship and for a period thereafter, to analyze the data for JTA The Data Scientists’ own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with JTA The Data Scientists’ services. JTA The Data Scientists retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from its systems.
All personal data that JTA The Data Scientists controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents.
