Ana martins is from Cabeceiras de Basto and has a master’s degree in Engineering and Management of Information Systems from the University of Minho. Before joining JTA, she completed a summer internship focused on Data Analytics at Uphold. Additionally, she undertook another internship related to Data Science as part of her master’s thesis research, wherein she focused in the detection of fraud within the Bitcoin network.
What is the most unusual fact about you that not a lot of people know?
Perhaps one of the quirkiest things about me is my origin. I originate froman incredibly tiny village with a population of fewer than 20 residents, making it quite the hidden gem.
What would we be likely to find you doing at the weekend?
During the weekend, you’ll most likely find me either catching up on much-needed rest or binge watching a TV show.
What is your party trick?
I haven’t discovered my signature party trick yet, but who knows what hidden talents I may unearth in the future?
